How does Settled actually work?
Reserve online, pick a delivery window, and we drop bins and dollies at your door before you start packing. Pack at your pace. We pick up at the new place when you’re unpacked. No tape, no flattening, no recycling pile.
How clean are the bins, really?
Every bin is washed, sanitized, and sealed before it lands at your door. We date-stamp each cleaning. Yes — cleaner than the box from Costco.
What if I need them longer than a week?
Extend in the app for a few bucks more per week. Most movers don’t need it; if you do, it’s a tap.
What if I lose or damage one?
Normal wear is on us. If a bin is missing or seriously damaged at pickup, we’ll cover the first one and bill the rest at cost. No drama.
Are you in my city?
We’re live across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton, with Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville on deck. Not where you are yet? Join the waitlist — first move’s half-off when we open your market.
Do you handle long-distance moves?
Not yet. Settled is designed for in-market moves — one day to deliver, one day to pick up. For long-distance, we’ll point you to partners we’d trust with our own things.
